how to protect myself from ultrasonic device/weapon?Very hi pitch nouns hurts my ears and burning my body?

if it's a ultrasonic weapon that produce a high pitch nouns. i dun think you stipulation any protection for it.coz you can't hear it. there's a frequency range for human ears.
Make a protective aluminum foil helmet.
wear an aluminum foil deflector beanie. "they" are out to get you.
