First you have to be a neurosurgeon and second you hold to have done abundantly of research and contributed to the community. Basically, leadership and determination and self a good and experienced neurosurgeon. It is not single about individual good surrounded by science; you need to be well-rounded as a human anyone. For example, you should be sociable, probably play sports, etc.
