how much sleep does the body stipulation?

Child- nine to 12 hours
Adolesent-seven to nine hours
Adult-seven to eight hours
Older Adult-six to eight hours
Six to nine hours.
Why the heck is yahoo censoring the number nine. It get blanked out when I type the number instead of spelling it.
10 hours
It depends on how old you are because different age groups entail different hours of sleep.
6 hours for adults will do. 8 hours for children.
It's different for different people and age, also your position has seriously to do with it, physically demanding job versus office workers job, the more physically demanding your job, the more sleep you requirement to recharge, office workers don't use much liveliness in their year and don't need as much sleep to pick yourself up. Health also plays a role in sleep pattern, as does age and sex( male v/s womanly, not intercourse)
it depends on your own and your own body can adjust to it as long as you still sleep EVERYDAY.
About seven hours.
