I am not really sure bout this, but here are some things i know.
Ducks' blood, close to most (or all vertebrates) hold the same blood cell types as humans' blood. These include erythrocytes (RBCs), leucocytes (WBCs; lymphocytes and myelocytes), and plateletes (although these are not technically cells).

It is, however momentous to point out that ducks have blood types too, and these may differ greatly from humans. I'm not really sure bout ducks, but i do know dogs hold 6 blood types.

Well, although the previous answer was obedient, it failed to transcribe the most significant difference. The erythrocytes (Red Bood cells) in bird blood are nucleated. Human erythrocytes own no nucleus. The shape of these cells is likley to be much different as ably.
