how much exercise, sleep, and nutrition do children involve to declare a in good health lifestyle?

According to the 2005 dietary guidelines from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), all children 2 years and elder should get 60 minutes of moderate to energetic exercise on most, preferably all, days of the week.
Most kids between 5 and 12 draw from about 9.5 hours a darkness, but experts agree that most need 10 or 11 hours respectively night. Sleep is an individual article and some kids need more than others.
I would right to be heard the more exercise the better.
At least 10 hours per hours of darkness.
Plenty of nonnutritive crude fiber.
I would follow USDA recommendations for nutrition.
