how throbbing would it be to die of dehydration?

The worst pain possible, and then some.
12 hours until that time death, one would be aware of the unbearable thirst and poor quality. The quest for water is prominent.
6 hours before annihilation, the thirst is gone, but one might feel close to a thousand knife pierced into one's commander. The sight is to a degree reduced, and will see spots.
3 hours before destruction, the pain escalates to the max. One would suffer the loss of logic, accompany by the loss of balance, loss of sense of direction. Couldn't report to the time and couldn't recognize other relatives.
1 hour before destruction, the pain is gone. Because one couldn't surface a thing, not even one's own toe. Can just see colors but coldn't recognize the aim, and many of times past experiences flashing back, and couldn't notify whether it's past memories or present experiences. Delusional.
Seconds back zero hour, adjectives is white.
The taste of nothingness and infinity come together.
Zero.
One of the worst ways to dance, if you ask me.
Why would you want to?
