How much enzyme is used contained by current glucose meters? And what is the cost of this enzyme relative to the meter?

In terms of gram, liter or any other section but please dont say iu or only just unit. For the cost portion, I just want to know what percent of glucose meter cost is associated near enzymes. Thanks It depends on which kind and/or brand of "GLUCOSE METER"s you enjoy in your mind as "CURRENT"! That is relatively unclear. Nevertheless:
The amount of "ENZYME" depends on the type of the enzyme used and its respective purity, hustle and bustle and recovery properties. For example: if Glucose Oxidase (GOD) near 100% activity is used, approximately 1 milligram liophilized GOD stands for approx. 100 probes. The cost of this ammount could be estimated as approx. 50 $.
Further "relative" calculation are up to you.
