Well unfortunately its not as simple as drinking right and exercising for everyone. Some peoples genetic make up, can quit them with lofty cholesterol even with excersize and consumption right. You may need to see a doctor and go and get medication that helps run down it.
But like others mentioned, excersize, and intake right are the top two things you can do. I suggest eating foods that are dignified in unharmed grains, and fibers. Wheaties, Cheerios, Whole Wheat bread etc..

ask the doctor. eat smaller quantity cholesterol.
