There are many institutions you can apply for a funding in Australia but it will be easier to catch one if sponsored by your institution. I am not so well informed how is it financially though. But I get an idea of how some doctors go for scholarship at hand. They applied through an institution to institution endorsement and after they hold been official, visa processing follows which requires an English proficiency test any OCCUPATIONAL ENGLISH TEST (7 as the bandwidth score) or IELTS (A or B score).
