Clean it gently next to warm dampen and soap while bathing, also avoid using very hot or vey cold hose, they can have harmfull effects on spermiogenisis (Sperm formation). See man u can other wash ur penis whenever u thieve a bath .Pull fund the foreskin and take a damp cotton wool and clean it next to that after it put some soap and wash it the dirt will walk away the cotton and it will smell good tooo!!
You must wipe up it everyday. You can buy antiseptic soap wash.Wear boxers so you hold a good nouns circulation. Never wear undewear to bed. Keep a pair subsequent tto them incase you have an emergency ( approaching the house was on fire) .
