Pharmacognosy is the branch of pharmacology that deal with drugs surrounded by their crude or natural state and near medicinal herbs or other lifeforms.
Pharmacology is the study of how chemical substances interact next to living systems.
Pharmacognosy is the study of medicinal products in their crude, or unprepared, form.
