Please give me procedure on how to know what is the best brand of Vitamin A and E through experiment. First find out what the recommeded dose of respectively vitamin is.
Through analysis calculate the actual amount of respectively vitamin in respectively tablet/capsule you are testing.
Compare the information & whichever tablet or brand is closest to the recommended daily amount (RDA), this is the best.
You'll hold to work out how to do the analysis yourself. Maybe the packaging give you a breakdown in %age by substance if how much each constituent is present?
