How to stop stammering over the phone and during critical events approaching interviews or discussion to supervisors.?

Yeah, stammering is definitely not professional, and will gross people chew over you're unprepared even if you know you're ready. So, because its prominently caused by nerves, lift a very cavernous breath. If you're still stuttering, pinch yourself lightly on the arm. This help me because it focuses my attention on one thing and help me feel more alert.

Be prepared for what you expect to be asked and have your answer prepared ahead of time.
If it's an interview, read some FAQs from employment agency websites to see what you can expect.
If it's supervisors. powerfully, you'll start to get some opinion of what to expect after a while, but initially you can tell your supervisor things similar to "I hadn't thought about that; agree to me think on it a while and draw from back to you." Or "I screwed up; I'll correct it." The truth is most critical, but you can be tactful and truthful lacking it sounding like you should be taken outside and shot!
